[:fr][:en]Sebastien Clamorgan is a well-known businessman and entrepreneur with a background experience of more than 25 years of professional activity. He operates in the fields of consultancy and representation of multinationals, private equity, shipping & logistics to infrastructure, food & beverage, and real estate. He is the owner of Venia International, a global consulting and investment firm he founded at the end of the Nineties, which is recognized today as a reference point in the Middle East and North Africa Region. Venia International’s support led Eat’n’go to achieve the goal of becoming the premier food operator in Africa, as well as the exclusive master franchisee for two big international companies: Domino’s Pizza, a $6 billion fast food giant, and Cold Stone Creamery, a $1.5 company in the ice cream business. Sebastien Clamorgan’s firm and Eat’n’go followed as well the Slum2School initiative, a project related to the educational sector and aimed at supporting children into school and improving education in Nigeria. The initiative was carried out in close collaboration with Eat’n’Go and in a joint venture with the global consulting and investment firm as a shareholder. The partnerships built by Venia International include projects in the field of port management, such as the Badagry MegaPort and Free Zone project, where it played the relevant role of deal maker, broker and representative of a stakeholder’ interests.

Following its strong economic growth, Venia International is keeping on launching projects and building joint ventures within different industry segments and sectors.
