The privatization of the second tranche of the Italian Post Office continues to divide. Today, the Secretary for Economic Development, Antonello Giacomelli, on the sidelines of a hearing in the Senate, he returned to express their opposition to the sale of the second stake in Poste, of 30%, currently in the hands of the Ministry of Economy and finances. Operation which intends to block: “I understand the need to reduce public debt, but will advance a proposal on how to achieve the goal without making a second tranche of the Italian Post Office privatization”, remarked Giacomelli.
